Quilting Thoughts

...surfing around my favorite quilting sites tonight....
....jealous of the unlimited time and creativity these gals seem to have....
....and the photos--they're making me want to cry....
....overwhelmed with the projects I have taken on for school....
....not enough of me to go around....
....working on this....
....the puckers are bugging me....

If someone wants a prefect blanket or throw they can buy a machine made one the imperfections are part of what make handmade quilts unique and special.

I think it looks wonderful. Just keep chugging along; you and your quilts and your hope make a difference!

Take a deep breath. Look at all of this through His eyes. Read Philippians 3:20. Your quilting is a work of love. Do only what really matters and has eternal results. Have a blessed day!

The "quilter/giver" always finds the imperfections, mistakes, whatever! The receiver is overjoyed!!!

Just think on allllllll those that have received quilts through your charity and how overjoyed they were.

Your doing a wonderful job on the quilt.

Blessings,
Jilly

I think this is great! Was this your design? Will you be quilting it? I think that the quilting will help with the puckers.

wow - what a lot of work. I think it is going to end up being LOVELY. I love the look, my inexperience with quilting can't really see it how it is going to look, but everyone will love it! The school isn't going to know what to do without you and your marvelously creative additions to the auction! Keep up the great work! i love it.
